Delivery Policy

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you the most competitive rates and secure delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day.
We will always advise you of any possible delays ASAP after recipt of your order. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually from mid January to July inclusive and Christmas / New Year time, when we may take a few days more to dispatch your order.
If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special delivery instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout. Please note that for orders placed from overseas we are only able to deliver to the card billing address provided with your order.
Saturday UK deliveries are available at a cost of £20.00 per order via Parcelforce sign for service.
Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to PO Box Numbers.
Any customs or import duties which are levied once the package reaches its destination country, additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient.
